Let me tell you this, I had my fair share of gender bends and I've never came across one that literally has a scene where a person comes out of a cocoon in a whole different gender, mostly because I read those dress crossing ones but still. It seems unrealistic in a setting on modern times when theres no magic present in the story, if the story setting was in a time where magic existed I would have just said "oh ok, seems reasonable" but it doesnt.
