No because in previous chapter after that little red haired white lotus bitch boy closed the door after talking w/ the count he covered his eyes and took out the jeweled eyes. His eyes are originally brown. Plus, said the creepy stalker demon possessing that brown haired guy that jubars are inherently kind. That little white lotus bitch boy hated estrella even when they just met.
I think the jeweled eyes are from a member of the imperial family long ago. It was probably the 2nd person with jeweled eyes introduced in the chapter explaining the previous jeweled eye bearers. I don't really remember that person's story, but for some reason, their jeweled eyes was successfully taken by those who wanted its power before or after the person's suicide. They probably fought for it and it somehow got lost. Based on the kid's past memories, he probably found the eyes on accident
