I think it’s more of a thing that the human worshipers added on their own. Amon has little to no interest to initiate or propose any real structure or rule and he just went with whatever it was going on bc it entertains him. It doesn’t also seem like neither nain or amon were actually involved with these so called “lovers” but concubines are seen as property and symbol for wealth and power for many cultures throughout history so that may be it, they’re considered the trophy lovers or back-up in case the queen can’t serve intimacy or an heir.
Have you read " i can see your stat" big spoiler ahead the sha amon in this story is the same creature a dragon from that story well compare the two mls it like what if the dragon just wen and do things as he please and pay 0 mind to his mate, and all he care about is keeping his mate and 0 care for any others lol

Amon doesnt love nain in the same sense as humans do. Since he is not human. So dont assume our way of love onto him. But dragons have valued their mate more than a lover. Cos its their equal in a sense. They go to war over a mate. And the only beings they will ever care about. Think of it as a god and their favourite human. Read i can see your stats, its explained there fully the extent and myth of dragons and mate. Then regarding the concubinage, its not there for a harem. And its purpose is not exactly the same as a concubanage harem. You see, dragons dont care for other humans and dragons. Theyre very very individualistic. They mate for life, i think, so theres zero chance they would have a harem. Cos if theres one thing, theyre loyal to their mate. Just that, the concubines is actually for nain. To distract him. Smth happened in their past that caused amon to distract nain using conbubines, like having concubines would lessen the suffocation of receiving amon’s attention for nain. Its just a cover up tho. Amon will only ever obsess about nain.

Welcome. Yea if started out simply and the humans seems to blow if out of proportion. there were a lot cos it seems the humans have started offering their people in the role for the honor and prestige it will bring. And amon didnt really care how many as long as they serve its purpose

Resetting lady. She keep resetting her time everytime she died. So She did suicide herself many times and turning into killers too cuz well, she already tried 100+ times so it's not weird that she started lost her mind
