Didnt read the raw thoroughly because this manga the type that hard to read for me ( quite detail art or too many strokes and long sentence in one bubble speech)

But what i got is sensei develop some kind supranatural skill (can see ghost, got possesed by ghost easily) thus he came in contact with many ghost, and in the end help them finding corpses.

Every strange thing happen at school actually because one of the teacher murder (the woman teacher from chpt 1, and possibly the corpse found under sakura tree too on later chpt, i skip the chapter tho). He murder because he need sacrifices to revive (maybe, again i dont read thoroughly) his sister. The teacher plan to sacrifice hizuki sensei too but magaki rescue him.

Oh, on later chapter we can see that maybe hizuki sensei and magaki spirit (or life force, i dont know how to describe that) compatible. When magaki deep kiss hizuki sensei, his wound will heal faster because he take hizuki sensei life force (or something like that). Maybe because of this magaki (by his instinct) always try or tempted to 'do' sensei.
