I mean we can't really say anything. He could be harmless in this lifetime tho or he could be obsessive. We can't say anything until we get new chapters. If the author wants an antagonist in the story they might make the brother act up again but if in this lifetime they want to make it more about their struggles then it might not happen. I honestly hope the brother remembers his past life too and regret his actions and leave them alone this time.
