Usually I like villain chara background story. But... I feel nothing with Shigaraki Tomura.

you guys dont look his charcter s deep, he has distorted mind to protect himself from his trauma. distortion is one of defense mechanism

still it is really cruel, he is one of the most tragic victims. and people say feels nothing for him? i hope at least author has a hearth that can give him a happy ending too (he can go to prison to pay his crimes) cause he deserves it ╥﹏╥
I think that's the problem though. He has a tragic backstory, but there's no emotion that the majority of the audience can attach to him. I mean , I felt something for Stain, because I could understand him. Shigeraki hasn't done anything where my heart has gone "Damn, I get you", even though we understand why he is the way he is.
opposite for me, stain could choose another way but shigaraki is just in pain. he cant be happy, there is no way he can be happy, he doesnt even believe it. this the greatest reason to be a villain. stain yeah logically you can understand his reason but he could have choose another way, sam as other villains. but shigaraki isnt like that, he is in trapped and its really sad, and people ignoring this cause they think its he is weak but choosing to being villain means already being weak. at least shigaraki s reasons are acceptable. he cant be good person, cause he cant be happy cause he is in a lot of pain.
definitely better than others, if he had a happy life, he could be definitely good person maybe even like deku, unlike other villains. you guys wants cruel villain but you cant see it and saying he is weak but no, he is a victim and idk, people who dont feel sorry for him, really dont have hearths cause its just so tragic so unfair, big posibility he wont even get a happy ending and why? cause he had tragic past and its really unfair.
