If you did further research, you would have found that the age of consent is different for each individual municipal in Japan. Which means the actual age of consent is not as low as 13.
Whilst the lowest age of consent in some areas of Japan varies the minimal age of consent in others still remains 13 years.
it is important to note here that overall the age of consent is 13 BUT under the child and welfare act that consent doesn't apply to older than 18. This means if two 13 year olds, or two 14 year olds or a 13 year old and a 14 year old ect ect have sex its protected by law and they can not be charged.
It is still illegal for a grown person 18+ to sleep with someone who is 13.
We have similar laws in America. If you are within 2 years of someone else and over 14, its acceptable. Example 17 years old and 19 years old. or 14 years old and 16 years old.
Fun Fact the 2-3 years Apart clauses that protects minor of the same age in America are called the "Romeo and Juliet Laws"

Seems some things were lost in translation there. It wasn't all that bad, the seme was too forceful in the beginning, and then the uke was too whiny. Whatever.
First of all, this starts out with an underaged guy being fondled by a man. Second, the guy goes to visit the man after turning 17, only to get orally raped by a stranger. Too much shit for me in that one chapter. Slut is written all over this, and that is the kind of story I hate the most.
Some of these stories give me hope that even I, with my lousy writing skills, could make a manga. Seriously, The main story had me all pumped up and anxious, then I suddenly realised that there was nothing to be so riled up about.
There was no real enemy in this, just a dude who finally decided to stop living in the shadow of his friend... blah. And where was Yoshida all this time? I got confused when he stepped in to stop Yuuki from punching Fuji in the face.
Nothing like reading a story that starts to piss you off, yet you go ahead and read it to the bloody end.
