Actually is just modern Korea but with a emperor they seem to use Korean traditional clothing within the palace only and he has a official uniform as a prince with more western style it actually looks a little like what Japan does? Actually I've noticed that the prince uses a mix of traditional and modern clothes most of the times that he says he was working outside the palace I dont know enough about Korea to know if they have something like that in their fashion
