i skipped the side stories cus i cant lie i dont fw side characters but as i was skimming through i noticed the blue haired dude fucking the black haired and i had to get confirmation that they were incestous by the comments…

But the black haired guy is in love with the doctor and he basically becomes disgusted with this brother when he finds out that the blue haired guy basically tried to rape him. So he leaves with doctor It doesn’t end in a incest relationship Thankfully
