I was waiting for this from so long I literally cried so bad in chapter 4 when she told him about her disease ,this artist has a talent for giving me raging emotional rollercoaster ride ,all of their works made me really FEEL the emotions,I m so happy that sensei finally found the happiness and they r living together yayyy!! ,I know it's fiction but the happiness and satisfaction I m feeling rn is beyond describable in mere words lol

Ppl in comments: oh it's gonna be spicyyy
Me: hehe the genre is shounen ai and it's Chinese manhua, keep expecting in ur dreams lol (●'◡'●)

Well to be honest I like manga and korean manhwa better cause most of the Chinese manhua I stumbled by were very cliche and I m not a fan of "fluffy same old used trope" there are just these 2 that I liked : "here u are" and "hollow lovers",and also the plot in manhua is EXTREMELY predictable, it's so like c-dramas and k-dramas and it also lacks character diversity, the MC's r usually one dimensional with little to no further aspects to make up proper character like for example in this very manhua we all can tell where this is going like seme and uke spent some of their childhood together and seme already seems interested in him now ,so basically it's gonna be like uke protecting seme and seme falling in love even more in the process and slowly it will be revealed that they were together when they were kids and at the end seme eliminating his enemies with the help of uke and then confessing to him or something
And most typical Chinese manhua plot goes like that I have across so many times - childhood friends >> separated>>seme became asshole cause he went through shit>>meets uke who is too loving and caring>>seme gets attracted to him and treats him like vermin>>seme realises he's falling for uke and then finds uke is his lost childhood friend>> confession and forgiveness>>happy ending.-.
Lol I don't mind what ppl like to read cause every one has their own preferences like some like light hearted fluff and some like angst and twisted plot with absolutely no cliche ,so it's fine

Ok so, there's a reason why I like 'To Be or Not To Be' hear me out a little if you don't mind. In short, it's about the uke, actually was a CEO from his past last who died from cancer, and he was transmigrated into a novel he read. A novel about seme who has massive harem all that. And he happened to be transmigrated as the villain, an emperor of a kingdom, which has the seme, the prince of enemy kingdom imprisoned under him. So this totally about a 'transmigrated stranger in a book as a villain'. Not sure if you are interested or not.
And there's 'Mo Dao Zu Shi'. If you start reading it you might be confused with the timeline, but actually the uke died for 13 years and he got resurrected back into another person's body. I wouldn't say he and seme were childhood friends, more like they study together when they were teens. So many understanding happened when uke met the adult seme again (in his new body of course). The manhua timeline is based of the current present, but with many major flashback of what happened to uke before he died.
Ngl i agree with you that many manhwas nowadays are predictable. And do you have any historical korean bl manhwa I can read? Other than the painter of night because tbh historical bl manhwas are really rare

Oh I see, I do understand ur perspective but still personally I m not a fan of Chinese manhua maybe the art and plot are not really my type
And also I have read some korean historical manhwa like "king's maker","Sura's lover", "A painter behind the curtain", " broken boy" actually there r more but I can't remember the names lol but don't worry if u wanna read it just select the genre option >select yaoi and historical from the categories>then select the popularity option and there u go ,u will have some 2000 historical bl to choose from lol
Have a nice time reading(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ

Idk about u all BUT I m loving the seme, he doesn't even seem like a fictional character, his every action seems so realistic, the relationship started off weird but at this point it looks quite healthy,I mean he's trying his best to give as much as takes from uke,it's on equal level and uke as well is aware that he can't impose on him for long cause the base of their relationship ain't very stable so he's trying to look out for himself too and also he makes sure to return seme's favour by doing what he's asked to ,so basically it's give and take with proper consent and approval , they all doing respectable job's like ppl irl and living like normal ones with this little twisted but agreed mutually relationship ,it feels like I m watching their every day life ,like I m invisibly there with them and seeing them do it with my own eyes lol ,this manhwa has a very different feel for me ,it all just feels very realistic ....

Woah kirin's replied to kangmoo were so satisfying in this chapter lol especially the one when kangmoo asked where he was and Kirin just said "ask my bodyguard" lmao(▰˘◡˘▰) I swear I love seeing Kirin being dominant and kangmoo's speechless reaction like he's trying really hard to hold it in for his own and kirin's sake pffffttttt
Ok so there was a point where I reaaallly disliked the uke, I think it was ch 3 or 4 but now seeing the ending,I think it was quite cute since they all r happy now,I don't mind it ,over all it was good (~ ̄³ ̄)~
