Idk what to feel about this ...I mean he must be in early 60's and the boy with whom he got in romantic relationship 17 or 18 yrs high school student,even younger than his own daughter, basically like a small child to him ,the gap is around 38-44 yrs! For me tbh that's a bit too much ,I m fine with at max 20 yrs gap cause that way it doesn't seem like they r ur parents or something but 40yrs gap is straight up like having relationship with someone your father's age ,it makes me uneasy ,ofc I know age doesn't matter but there is a boundary to every thing otherwise things would go out of hands,if he'd be in an relationship with a man around or even half of his age ,I wouldn't have any problems,also him being gay and looking for love at this age isn't a problem at all! It's completely fine ,but him accepting an high schooler is what that's troubling me ......also tbh the characters in this manga r very laid off and aloof like,their reactions were also not very realistic cause in irl there is even less than 1% possibility of someone falling of an man 40-45 yrs older than him and his son in law accepting that relationship ....
I do know it's just a manga so well yeah ....it's fine ,even tho I didn't like the concept that much ,I did enjoy the different diversity of this manga
