Y'all you most likely don't need to read Moritat first so you can read this, it's a whole different story and the author added the two main characters from Moritat in here just for the fun of it. At least that's my guess because manhwa authors like to do that sometimes, letting their previous characters have some appearances in their new webtoon so the readers can be like "ey yoo that's my homie Jesse from Moritat!"
I have read Moritat before Radio Storm came out and if I hadn't, the only thing different would be me not recognizing Law and Jesse. Don't worry too much. Tho I will STILL recommend Moritat to you, that shit was a rollercoaster of plottwists, it's really good but you'll have to spend a big amount of braincells on it to understand wtf is going on.
