well, i wouldn't say subuin is a red flag and jun got hurt a lot. they don't really communicate properly after fighting. subuin is just anxious and dont know how to control his feelings sometimes. they have a happy ending though

Right? I've been reading comments since I just started reading and caught up but both of them suck. MC would do better without either of them. Sure, he's a panicked mess now but he might be out of time to have an abortion, which may be why the prosecutor mentioned it so casually (and also to get him to drop his guard.) He could go through with it and put the child up for adoption, though it would end up with the prosecutor. He could keep it himself but he would have to gamble on a paternity test verifying the drug dealer is the father.
To me, it doesn't matter right now who is the father. Neither of them can do much of anything to help him though the next four months of his sentence. He needs to calm down and feel safe so he can tackle his issues.
Also, I have a sneaking suspicion that the milk drug is being put in the food in the cafeteria and/or in the baby formula. The guard is showing signs he isn't an alpha at all and if he is looking for his birth parents, he either had a lead to the prison and may have been born there (hence why he is sympathetic to MC) or one of them is incarcerated there; with how sensitive he is to pheromones, he shouldn't have picked a job where he could be exposed aggressively. I think MC was also a baby on the drug, since his home life suggests one or both of his parents could have gone to prison (we don't know if his mom is an alpha.) This would explain his tolerance.
