No hate to Jo stans but people aren’t “rooting” for TJ because he is ENDGAME. The reason Ian left TJ was because he wanted a normal life, and now we see that Jo can’t give him that either since he’s willing to sacrifice everything for Ian, just like TJ did.
That’s exactly what Ian didn’t want. TJ even became a gangster to protect him, and Ian walked away from that life. So there’s no point in Ian settling for Jo if he’s just going to make the same choices TJ did—the ones Ian was trying to escape in the first place.
