I think its more of a independence thing..I have seen it in a couple of mangas(yaoi and non-yaoi) and animes, where a young child who is more independent than the average child and typically the only child call their parents by their name.

Pisses me off. My boyfriend broke up with me because It was for 'my sake' and It would be hard for me to be with him. THE FUCK!!! Honestly, this is one of the few instances that noble idiocy kind of fits. Aizawa needed to be there for his father and that he wouldn't have the time to balance taking care of his father, work, and taking care of Tsuji. Tsuji had been straight up until that point, their relationship was basically friends with benefits as if Tsuji was just trying on being gay. So Aizawa thought it would be best to let Tsuji have a chance at a normal life and a family.
He also failed to take Tsuji's opinion and thoughts on the matter into consideration. He was a coward on top of being a noble idiot. I don't mean that in an insulting way, rather, as a truthful statement. Aizawa was afraid to his core that Tsuji would be, as he had always been, just fine with ending things and moving on. The very fact that he did not do that cemented Aizawa's feelings for Tsuji and built his confidence in their relationship and future. Aizawa is one of the few cowardly, noble idiots that remains admirable to me. He took the long and bumpy route, but he got there in the end. Just like the rest of us cowardly, noble idiots have. LOL
Also the Album "broke loser'' had 2 pictures, right? But we could only see 1 picture so MAYBE the other picture will be seen in the next Chapter. I know it's nearly impossible but It would be so cute If the other picture was....you know...kenji giving Yocchan a kiss or something like that...
