No one is actually re-uploading chapters a diffrent group translated it with better quality in the translations but since its the same Manga it keeps saying there's an update but really it's supposed to be the better translated vers of pervious chapters once the diffrent group is done re-trasnlating (I think that's what you call it?) It'll go back to updates where it doesn't seem like a troll or someone re-uploading chapters and will countinue normally from what I've heard :v
