Well I mean, at least the first 5 years Taejoo was dating the MC. Than the other 5 he was grieving the loss of his lover. Taejoo didn’t really lead him on. He only even got with the dude because he thought he raped him. He was never in a place mentally where he could have lead Youngwoo(?) on, especially not after he lost the MC. Youngwoo was leading himself on by refusing to move on from someone who was taken and then from someone who was emotionally and mentally unstable.
