Those people from her past life were clearly be a holes and not trying to understand the situation she was in.Though imo,the doctor that she was talking to actually wasn't even bad, that's actual good advice about weight loss,you have to start where you can,not over do it,and keep going at it. It will take a while depending on your weight but it will work.
Though it should be noted that you shouldn't feel obligated to lose weight simply to feel loved or to get someone's attention or because someone bullied and pressured you into it. It's fine if you wanna do it for your appearance so long as you don't take it to the extreme,but you gotta do it for yourself and your own health,you need to be able to discern between people who simply wanna put you down or those who genuinely looking out for you and your best interests.
And yes there are medical conditions that can make weight loss hard,but not impossible. I'm one of those people,I have a multitude of health problems that make weight loss extremely hard for me,but I'm doing it and I'm doing good because I'm doing it for my sake. I like looking in the mirror and knowing that I am making progress towards something that is ultimately better for me. There are people who talk behind my back about how I'm simply being lazy or how I'm not trying hard enough but you have to ignore those people, those people don't care about your well being and don't want to try and understand.
For Abigail and out FL here,aside from the doctor, everyone else was forcing extremely toxic expectations and standards for them to the point that they couldn't even see when someone was showing genuine concern and care about them and their health,not their appearance,their health and them as a person. Being exposed to this toxicity for most of their life had lead them to spiraling at the mere mention of their appearance and when they are going about their weight and health in a HEALTHY and SAFE way,that one comment will be enough to undo all that progress
I feel like the writer is trying to show us in a somewhat subtle way that Jaekyung is not good but Heesung isn't all that better. I mean think about it,Heesung seems to blatantly ignore Dan's requests while they were and only stalled his check up,or the underhanded way he did get to have check ups. Or how he's trying to buy the love of someone who clearly isn't interested. I mean,just look at the way he's acting with casual stuff. Not to mention hiding his true intentions.
Now I'm not trying to paint Jaekyung in a good light either, goodness gracious no,but I do feel like he's better in a sense that he isn't being sneaky about his intentions. He clearly states why he does the things he does with no sugar coating or sneaking around the subject,and though it really isn't much,he does sometimes take his feelings into consideration, again for purely selfish reasons,but he does it nonetheless,even when he really doesn't need to.
Again I'm not saying that Jaekyung is good, I'm just saying that he seems...better than Heesung,going but subtle clues. I could just be overthinking this one though,but I really couldn't get this thought out of my head

Then, to answer your question, if you look it up on internet you can see that in some temples Hathor and Sekhmet are the same person, so it's like Hathor would have her cute side and also a violent side. To continue, i think the fact that Hathor and Sekhmet are viewed as only one deity in some temples will play on the story and that it's why Hathor is "becoming" completely insane. I'd like to add that this is only an hypothesis and that we can't know if that's the reason why she's behaving like that all of sudden but i hope it helped you in understanding the change in her behaviour^^
