they don't end up together. when dohyeok confessed to siwoo, he was rejected and told to move on. I believe dohyeok was told to move to the states by either siwoo or someone else since there is a scene where his belongings are put away in boxes. he goes to find siwoo one last time before he goes abroad with the excuse of giving him back the scarf he left at dohyeok's place but he sees siwoo together with that faceless guy we saw in the past chapters (the one who was interested in siwoo). dohyeok follows them and siwoo sees him and intentionally kisses the guy he was with. both of them leave together while dohyeok wears the scarf he has brought with him and goes in the opposite direction thinking in his mind that he will come back for siwoo again.
