Oh... I hoped that romance arc will end with the clearance of the scenario. It came out of nowhere... Dropping this is painful after binging all chapters in one day. Until the very end I hoped it won't develop further. I'm too mentally ill to torture myself with this.
Don't worry everything will make sense. It's all so wonderful as they continue. If anything you can always find the book to read if the pace is too fast for you. The book has more details.

probably the same reason as to why the children hate being around people? since all they talk about is ...their father are the emperor of the whole empire while their mother is the nation's goddess so them being 'normal' probably aren't meeting the citizens expectations and aren't enough to satisfied their hunger for power since they're still in a war? thats what i get from my point of view...but who knows maybe thats not it?
all that i got was insecurity. their children were born normal unlike their parents and felt pressured. i think they only hate their mother and not their father because of fear and their mother was nice thats why they felt comfortable hating her??

I honestly think she should go back and see the future third husband again. Clearly he isn't the sam, he didn't even get to talk to her not acted as she knows him. I understand why she is afraid but there must be something she doesn't know about. The fact she is even scared of him as a child is true trauma. I don't think we truly KNOW what went on between her and him. Hopefully we learn more as they go on.
Honestly, I get that they kinda sounding off her but you have to realise she doesn't believe their stories at all. If she changed her mind set and actually believe what's going on things would be better. Ofc her second brother should also take better care of her.
