i think they toned it down for the webtoon but in the novel the mirror room scene is so impactful. ruby really tore into him, cesare also repeatedly beat her, slammed her to the ground to the point ruby had mirror shards stuck in her. before Izek comes in, ruby makes eye contact with him and all the others shocked in the room doorway. one thing though izek didnt get to stab the mf in the novel so i count this as a win
