When yi went abroad to get a baby instead of his sead Feng made it that it was used his (feng's). So rourou is Feng baby.
The new baby is a baby from the sem*n that was supposed to be Feng but since Feng's was used in rourou, it is from yi. The new baby is from yi. Feng aunt used that semen because she thought Feng didn't had a first born, that way she would inheritance the company.
It's pretty clear that Feng switched out Yi's embryo with his. So it's no wonder I absolutely dislike Jinyao
