Also I love how it may be subtle but the power balance is equal and there's a mutual benefit despite the women ranking higher than men. The plot may be tired but they executed this so well. Most of the time its a commoner girl and a duke or CP like dianes situation.
speaking of diane i feel sad abt her death there was still hope for her I like how smart she was to figure out who her real enemy was. She wasn't too blind or crazy to discard Adelaide s concern for her shes a great villain.
