I'm glad you kept the 'ssi' in there. Honorifics/ culture should be kept as much as possible =)
I speak a lot of Korean and read fluently, so I can't stand romanization to begin with xD
It's much easier for me to read 한글 than romanization.
But in general there is a standard for how Korean is written romanized. Though as long as people can understand it well enough to pronounce the names correctly, I guess it's fine.
