So not only did Taixin's mom offer the bribe to Luo Cheng, but Luo Cheng's mom forced him to accept it out of fear that her husband would lose his job and the grandma's hospital bill would end up unpaid. I am not happy that Luo Cheng's mom forced it, but at least her actions I can somewhat understand. Job loss and hospital bills are serious issues. But Taixin's mom is flat out reprehensible. I hope Taixin finds out the truth soon and realizes that Luo Cheng never wanted to betray him!!!!

I wonder if the racing accident that cost Fu Xiao's life caused the National Rally Race to be permanently banned and that's why he can't get approval. Even if that isn't the case, he needs to know that Fu Xiao died. Keeping that news from him is NOT doing him any favors and will just make things worse in the long run.

Well that is a unique twist. For once it is the alpha that is tied to only one partner and the omega that is unmarkable and can completely change partners anytime. I actually kinda like that. It is like a defense mechanism for the omega's and gives them an advantage. This way, even if they are marked during a rape, they are not bound to their rapist for the rest of their lives. I like that. Though it is also interesting that Betas can be turned into Omegas when exposed to too many alpha pheromones. I want to see more stories in this specific version of omegaverse....

Actually, in one of the chapters, he is concerned about another Beta turning into an Omega if she is exposed to too much of Keith's pheromones. So that apparently is also common. Though I am curious how they explain that. Does that mean that those male betas grow a uterus or do all men have one to begin with? I wish they would explain that a bit better.

Someone said that they thought that the Omega here was a special case in turning from a Beta into an Omega, but in an early chapter they state that is something that happens whenever a Beta is exposed to too many Alpha pheromones and at one point the MC even worries about a female Beta becoming an Omega if she keeps getting exposed to Keith's pheromones.

Okay, this is my first exposure to Dom/Sub universe and it will probably take some getting used to it, because I am so use to omegaverse and the rules are just different enough to be a bit disconcerting. But the story looks really good, and I am definitely down for more.

Oh God!!!! Someone PLEASE tell me that both that HORRID Stepmother and the equally HORRID Stepsister get their comeuppance and that the dad finds out they are just gold-diggers. Normally I would think that the MC just isn't giving them a chance, but the fact that the author is letting us see what their thoughts are let's us see that they have absolutely NO redeeming qualities whatsoever!
