Remember how young and Feng both went to the same hospital to get a baby in the beginning of the story? In the beginning Feng switched out his sperm with Yiyi. That is why Rourou is Feng's kid. Feng believed that he lost Yiyi's sperm after switching it out but turns out, the aunt is keeping Yiyi's sperm thinking it is Feng's. The aunt's husband is infertile or something, which is why they couldn't have a baby so far. Now they are planning to use Yiyi's sperm to make a baby, which will eventually end up being Rourou's sibling
