I have been searching for multiple weeks and have not been able to find it. It's a shounen manga I think, but has more mature themes. The MC has vampire or werewolf like powers and instincs and kills others like him. And the part that I remember most is where he wants to be intimate with his love interest but has to wear restraints and a muzzle, due to his previously mentioned instincs.

I think it also had an anime adaptation but only one season. I really want to reread it so if anyone knows the name I would be very grateful.
