I hate how artists somehow downplay the trauma a character goes through and doesn't emphasize that it's literally why they do and think in that manner. The art is quite simple so I guess it's hard to make bold theme become more expressive(?) Or emphasized. We get it alot through dialogue which yes it hurts but art is there to really hurt where I stay up til 3am sad ASF. Idk it takes a lot for me to care and this story is nice but meh.
