Basically she goes crazy and binds him to the bed though bc she's sick (high fever), she couldn't leave and faints in the entrance. He quickly breaks the make shift binds and grabs her. He then begins to make out with her, eat her out all while she's somewhat telling him to stop. It's very dubcon. Anyways she's rejecting the medicine and he remembers his master said a rare few have this. He freaking out but continues to touch her (wierdo but ok) and feels something in her abdomen. A (heart)beating 5x faster. Boom it's a child.
