I agree he wasn't in a good headspace but I think chanwoo decided that just like with the choking play, his pride was hurt so he did it anyway.
I think MD knew that and he wanted to push him so that he would call it off on his own
Chanwoo will have to stand up and start making decisions for himself. he has to figure out what he's willing to take or if he's going to keep letting people beat him and treat him bad
I think in a way that's what MD decided to let him do
After all the SUB has the power in a relationship like that. That is why MD called off everything
MD is somebody who truly enjoys his craft and is not about to let his sub be uncomfortable. With MD is not a "if you don't want to play take your ball and go home" type thing.
