When you see everything in mandarin click the aA on the upper left, then translate website into english, then there one of the results is the novel of the manhua just click that then there you go

Its the same. You just have to click on the three dots on the uper right corner in Google and an option saying Translate should show if it doesn't show then you will need to go to setings and allow translation of pages that arent in english (i dont know how its done on phone only PC), but its okay since for pages that arent in English it usualy automatically shows the opion to translate. Hope that makes sense
