Realistically speaking, the King being obessed with you is a lot to carry since he has more power over you. The best thing MC can do is to use the King's obsession for the better of the country and his goals of healthcare and poverty. Then if he gains the favor of others and everyone in the entire Kingdom for his good work, he can then overthrow the King from his position.

So based on the ending of the raws there were no updates anymore about Dmitry, and Leonid said here that he doesn't cancel a request and will make sure to finish his job. So is it safe to say that Dmitry and Leonid will kill each other in the future? Because Leonid will target Caesar, but Dmitry will protect him. And Caesar said here that those two will be dead anyways. That's genuinely crazy.
