Gosh I can't take it anymore - this mangaka's characters are so utterly lovable! I do realize, that I've got no immunity whatsover against types like Tomohisa, but it's not helping, so I can't get rid of this stupid grin of mine. At all.
Oh I believe there's a second part to it (as far as I remember "Paako"'s ponytails), now that one makes more sense... ^^

That "Yes" was like when my son is telling a story. He skips the part where someone gave him a muffin, and after some brooding he's sure everybody loves muffins, so he doesn't need to elaborate and in the end he's saying "MUFFINS" with a huge smile and you're supposed to guess the rest. Sometimes it even works ^^
