I need a story like this where the mc just cracks a little bit revealing his true personality and possessiveness, like he goes from blubbering weakass to a straight faced plotter the next tbh like i need an mc who will stop at nothing to have the man he loves no matter how much of a slut hes been

The song from mouth washing came on during reading this and I can say it fits perfectly with the current tension
And the plot thickens, someone brought up the point that there were other children in town and how the doctor is most likely unreliable in his explanation, and I agree,
there is zero way this town could have functioned thus far under pure compliance, humans are predictable, judging by how prominent the blood stain in the square is shows just how many have died there, yes guwon has something wrong with him but after the slap he seems to be genuinely confused as to why his actions were wrong or questionable, after killing so many for the slightest slip up even in the apocalypse those around him would start to think about defying him, if he truly killed their families and companions the air of resentment would outweigh their thirst for survival, so why haven't they made a move? humans are stupid and think that no matter the foe, as long as you are able to gain the upper hand through strength or numbers, an opponent is vulnerable, so why have they just been sitting idle, serving sacrifices to appease Guwon this whole time??
we can only make out what we have seen, but at this point, i don't have a concrete opinion on anything besides the feeling that the "doctor" and other people in town are still holding something back and or concealing an important truth, either concerning their backstories or anything else.
(We need to uncover why guwon is so essential to the well-being or upkeep of the world as well.)
Real because if i had to vote on killing people I was close to or were in my community, my resentment would build up.I find it hard to believe that ALL of them are just allowing this to happen especially when Guwon is pretty dense. Even though he’s strong they could definitely outsmart him somehow and maybe even change some of the ways he operates the town…? Shit isn’t adding up and it’s making me even more curious about which way this story is going to go.
frr I'm actually really enjoying this story so far, the author never disappoints, i just hate that a lot of the people in the comments are so single framed rn, like you can't take in the entire situation based on a few jumbled moments we need to continue reading and uncover why the characters are the way they are and why they seem to be holding back a serious amount of information to the point where they try to avoid the main topic

Yall need to take into consideration that the plot has been leaning towards this since the beginning, the harsh enforcement of the rules, the ability to threaten death or harm over being found out breaking such rules and guwons strange lack of most common knowledge, if someone only knows a few ways of the world and it surrounded by people who enforce those ways how are they to know or feel any different, guwon is indifferent to killing the people in the town yet mornful towards his “failure” as a leader, not because hes crazy but because thats all hes known thus far, he was born in the midst of an apocalypse and forced to survive around people desperate to deceive him in order to gain his protection such as the “doctor” there are many layers to this so i urge yall to actually think about what your reading before complaining like an idiot

Everyone us obsessed with the face sitting (as they should) and I'm over here crying over the overwhelming sense of dread I'm getting for them, it could be just for their past lives or this one the same,
I'm just scared, the string between him and that girl appearing is probably a side effect of him altering his and his man's future/fate and though they completed the quests I'm not ready to say they are out of the woods yet, fate was altered which lead to MLs misfortunes and mcs death in the past, so hopefully they find a good way to resolve everything without the blame
Cuz I know mc is going to collect the pieces of his past life and realise that his actions of tying his fate to MLs lead to his unimaginable unluckiness and he might even believe that the only reason ml has liked him is because he made that choice, then again they are both so far eachother and I doubt mc is gonna let him go so we shall see
That is going to hurt sooo bad. I really like these smut scenes, but I'm also very curious how this story is going to evolve.
