I disagree. The main problem is that the family is cursed and they have been trying for generations to find a solution and with new information about the duccess and nulification processes they have a new avenue to explore. So that solution is currently being resolved.
Before that was the use of their blood by others. They found the culprit selling blood using a child and adopted that child while holding the man accountable. Distribution issue officially resolved. Nevermind how the Princess keeps getting access to the blood. They are still looking into that. The previous issue was that the duccess and duke loved eachother and were afraid to cross the line but that issue is resolved now. They are together. They've solidified her position as duccess publicly and told their son that they are together. To me that's all issues resolved or getting resolved out of the main storyline's view.
They needed a new problem that would test their relationship so they brought in Celphi's mom.
Personally, I like the way this story shows how multiply people can feel about a single problem and how they find different aspects of that problem to be more important than others. For example, when their annoying female doctor cousin came in the duke tried to ignore her because he knew she was needed but the duccess was clearly bothered by her presence and curious about her relationship to the duke. While others in the family found her reckless and childish. This may seem like multiple problems but really it's a new character that while trying to resolve an issue clashes with others which can happen irl. Looks like multiple issues but it's just perspective.
