I was expecting some Game of thrones kinda dresses (because its winter) after the hype but that dress does not look good
It looks like the author were just pulling some design they have and make it sparkly shiny to make it look good but it actually not
The idea is its not like anything they'd seen before however being that it showed her legs it should have been outrageous and shameful... would have been more believable if it had at least a sheath style long skirt under it.
Ikr... I know they have magic to keep warm but the style doesn't work in that occasion
