I feel bad saying this, but I miss Peep being a bird TT it was such a funny silly and cute story, but i feel like when he became human he lost a ton of his personality and just became… dumber. He was never the sharpest, but now it can be a bit much. Ugh, and I was in love with this story when he was still a bird.
I prefer the bird form over the human one, he was so much cuter and their relationship was adorable

I love how he wasn’t a big or relevant character in the original work. Meaning, he never participated in Deborah’s og demise. He basically inserted himself into the story more bc he was interested in her.
Me too! I really appreciate how he has no prior "importance" (appearance-wise, at least; since he IS the guild master) in the original novel. Just really goes to show how his character appeared to have no interest in politics/society. But now that he's interested in Deborah, really goes out of his way to "look cool" just for her even if he thought it was annoying before.
