Lol. Firstly, they're barely boyfriends. Look at the date, the first thing Haizaki san talked about was his twin brother and continued talking about Ao. He spent most of the time talking about Ao. It doesn't seem like he's interested in Midori at all, he literally said "he's a good kid" like you would talk about a teenager. Then he continued talking about all the good things about Ao. Wow, wonderful date, talking about how wonderful someone else is. lol.
Secondly, when Ao said "Ao is always attacked by men but he trust Kaizaki san "you can see the mood change, it's obvious Kaizaki san was probably going to say something like HE also has ulterior motives to Ao. Kaizaki san probably already knows that it is Ao. Even if he doesn't, it's obvious that he's not interested in Midori that way. If he doesn't know that is Ao, that just means he's using Midori as a substitute, I can promise you, you don't spend more than 3/4 of your date praising and talking about someone else, it just shows that your date is not interested in you in the least. So he may simply be using Midori.
So it's better for Ao to get Kaizaki than Midori. Midori's going to be heartbroken either way. But Midori shouldn't be so pathetic and stick with someone who is obviously more interested in his brother than him.

It's better to be hurt when you're not that emotionally invested than for Kurose to continue dating Midori and hurting him later on because it's obvious he doesn't like Midori that way. Are you seriously saying that you rather someone stay with you when they have no feelings for you than letting them go? And like I said, they barely started dating, to be hurt that fast is just weird.
