TLDR; the ML is using the MC’s modified body for pregnancy to bring down his rival general (because you can’t experiment on humans even if they are lower level). The MC doesn’t know that his body has been modified. He wants to escape to the higher floors but bc of his contract with the antagonist general he’s banking on the ML and his use of him to get him out of the situation. The title “code name: march” is base on the mission ML and his subordinates created to bring down the general.

The ML wants to make it natural by videotaping the MC all throughout so to ensure the public sees the MC as a willing participant if that makes sense.

The ML also has other reason too but that’s all been shown now

If you're genuinely concerned for someone you talk to them in private, you don't say demeaning things about them and others in front of the person you're worried might be taking advantage of them. It's also pretty normal for college age guys to have gross apartments - you can express concern but it doesn't warrant this guy's controlling behaviour. The original comment went off on how the brother is just looking out his family, albeit in a rude way (which they totally downplayed, unlike what you're saying). His actions are more than just rude, they're controlling and lowkey obsessive, and brocon is a term that includes this kind of behaviour.
