I don’t think they are related so she is the daughter of the previous leader of the dragon clan... because her mom was kidnapped while pregnant she was raised as a human.... the previous dragon god/leader didn’t have any childeren to passed the throne so he probably selected someone worthy to take over because she should have been the heir to his throne.... her lover called the previous dragon god his predecessor and not ancestors or father/uncle so it mean he succeeded the throne but I don’t think he was related to her or her father...
