Wait for a couple more months. Lihuan's character development is good, it's Yuyang's turn to overcome his problems. Storywise, they both have feelings for each other but they're not yet together.

TBH I think people give this manhua way too much credit than it deserves so might as well wait for it to end completely and then read comments about how ppl feel about it after it ends. Too dragging and not much character development unlike the person who replied to you. Literally Lihuan just has more resolve--that's not really much character development over 80 plus chapters

We all have our opinions. I think this story is better than other shitshow BL mangas that have sexual harassment and rape with one dimensional characters. ╮(￣▽￣)╭ People who complain about this story simply because it's popular is just as bad imo.

Didn't say it wasn't better than other BL mangas but just because its better doesn't mean its a masterpiece. The part about character development isn't subjective. It's a fact that there has not been much development even on Lihuan's part. He just has more resolve and is more confident in his feelings. Real character development would be for example, him confronting Yuyang about Yuayng's feelings and communicating more. Dididn't complain about the story because its popular. Actually have legitimate reasons like lack of progression, character development, never-ending loop of the same problem, poor pacing, and the addition of unnecessary, boring ass, underdeveloped, with no insight, side characters/couples.

Same to be perfectly honest, when I first started reading it I thought it was cute but I felt they lacked a lot and for it to be this many updates and they still haven't made much progress which is confusing but hey I'll wait til it's completed like you said and hear others feedback. I know someone mentioned the difficulties of being gay in China so perhaps that's why their afraid and haven't made any further steps, idk was kinda hoping they'd be way past all the awkwardness and openly express their feelings

Rogi is still going after Tora because it’s the only one that understand him or some shit like that.
Yes Nozomi pretty much raped the uke in the other story, but since the uke wasn’t hurt physically or mentally then i dont really mind since its a manga and nothing really makes sense anyway.
Asami(the wife) and Asoda are indeed really cool characters.
The blonde dude is still living with Reika and Rogi, right now we are in the past so thats why we didnt see him.
And Tora (probably) is either avoiding Rogi because Rogi is a problem magnet(the way Rogi acts or the way Tora acts due to Rogi) or because Tora no longer love Rogi.
I feel like Asami will die due to Rogi to be honest.

The other story connects with it, but I read both a while ago and when this update popped up I damn near forgot about everything that occurred, but tru tru, like the owner said Tora sees a resemblance of his self in Rogi. And right it's a manga, a yaoi manga so most things won't add up lol, a couple people were saying that Asami died when their son was around the age 7 I think, and in the present (in the other story) when Rogi blackmails Tatsyuki I don't think the blond male is around? Or maybe I missed something but either way is still enjoy the story even tho I'm hella confused

This story is a sequel and a prequel at the same time, thats why you might be confused. Reika+Rogi+ the « dog » is a sequel from the first story. But we are also seeing the past of Rogi(prequel). When Rogi Rogi kidnapped Tatsuyuki, the « dog » didnt live with then yet. The proof is that now Reika is older

Idk why but somehow i feel like the kidnapping was about 3 years before the start of this story. But idk where im getting the « 3 years » from xD
