It's not about wearing fitting clothes, it's that clothes show the character's personality and she used to be quite fashionable. It just feels like her sense of style has been downgraded just like her personality
I think she still looks so pretty, also clothes for pregnancy aren't always that fashionable to begin with so it's actually understandable that her style had to change and adapt
