I love how the author did such a great job that the scenes felt hella uncomfortable. Most authors would still try to romanticize that kind of situation, but this scene felt completely different. Can't wait for the updates!

Why would my point be invalid? The scene is what I said it is: uncomfortable. It's rape and 704 didn't give explicit consent at all, if we want to read into it we'd prolly say that he implicitly gave it to him later on when he pulled him towards himself.
Other than that it's pretty clear what happened and I'm sure 704 has enough common sense to know that this will cause a strain in their relationship.
I get that we see things differently, I just hope I made my point clear to anyone who'll read this comment (=・ω・=)
If the author still decides to have them be romantically involved later on and redeem or rather ignore geusum’s for the sake of the romantic progression this is lamp shading and it’s disingenuous and is just as problematic implying raping someone isn’t not enough to detour falling in love. It doesn’t make the author great for showing rape as unpleasant that should be the bare minimum. The fact that this is seen as praise worthy shows the prevalence of romanticized abuse/ rape in BL and speaks for the toxicity the genre perpetuates as a whole

Lol does the author expect us to cheer for the 'main' couple? I really can't, the seme (the brother) is sooooooooo damn abusive, he's a total psycho and I think he would be better dating his friend.
As for the uke he would probably have a healthier relationship with the son of the adverse clan, it looks like both are getting toyed with.
Tbh I think the most interesting yet still weird pairing is that of the fathers, the rest are just confusing and made me excited to see them break up.
But because it's toxic, the manga is something new, something interesting. And the tags were psychological and drama. What did you expect?
I personally don't think it's anything 'new' I feel like it just took the most toxic tropes in yaoi and went all out with them. At first I liked how blunt the story was but then it's like there hasn't been much progress, I hope the story gets more and more surprising as the chapters go

Same, this is what i said yesterday to somebody on another comment:
I'm starting to think that 704 and GM were together, before everyone around GM lost their memories. Especially after reading this chapter it seems like it was kinda hinted. I tried to translate the latest chapters in the raws with google translate and when GM is talking to San he is saying that he is marking 704 so that nobody else would be touching him since goblins don't like "used goods" but it seems like San isn't buying GM's "evil guy act". GM also offers to tell San about his history and that once he does, San won't be able to go back.. San declines in the end and needs some time to think about it more.

I've stopped reading straight romance stories a long time ago cause they always make the women look weak minded at one point or another in the story, they usually make them esp submissive when it comes to sexual stuff and usually make the male lead to be some chill at all times, dominant and unphazed individual, but I love how in this story, the main characters of the main couple stay true to themselves, and keep their dominant thing healthy and continuous, all while being realistic about their feelings and expectations.
I really hope we'll get more updates and that the author is going to keep on making the chapters of this story longer for the main couple, cause God, are they a breath of fresh air.
