I went through the raws and this story keeps on becoming messier and messier, we’ll get to see the first couple more but all they do is woohoo.
Btw I’m not sure Norman ends up with Seungtak for sure I think he likes his roomie aka white hair aka minwoo but some other guy which may be minwoo s ex friend or fwb shows up, new guy seems to have had a crush and still got one for minwoo for a long time and he’s doing his best to be with him tho he seems super manipulative. Norman is still fwb or maybe he’s become boyfriends with Seungtak but to me it looks like he just didn’t feel confident enough to be with minwoo, minwoo probably hasn’t confessed either. Anyway even in bed he’s got hella more chemistry with minwoo and you can tell the other spends more time making their scenes.
I really hope norman and minwoo are endgame cause it’d just make sm sense. Seungtak is a total creep and his chemistry with minwoo is trash compared to what he’s got going on with minwoo.
If you can read korean and can tell us more, please do ┗( T﹏T )┛

If y'all didn't know Josh (the bodyguard) has his own novel, where his love interest is Miller's brother (the one Keith has a hard time signing a new contract with)
And OMG it's SOOO dramatic and entertaining, this story got NOTHING on it.
It's an enemies to lovers as well and Josh is such a badass too.
I really hope we get a manhwa for them.
Also does any of you know whether we'll ever get Dane's (I think that's the firefighter's name?) story?
I heard he gets paired up with Miller (Keith's psycho friend)

I think Dane and Grayson's are confirmed. Not sure if it's been published somewhere. Op, where have you read Josh's story? I only read a fan translation and it wasn't that very good. I got the gist but it would have been great if it's official. I also heard the official has been stopped. Even Keith and Yeonwoo's story's official translation stopped at vol 3

I feel like I would like the governor had the setting and context been different.
Had he not been an actual serial killer I would've been fully supportive of him. He's got a pretty chill personality and can be quite caring but he's a murderer and he also R-ed our MC so ew, no.
I don't see how the MC could ever forgive him, I hope he doesn't end up with him and I hope the governor just disappears. He's a terrible person. Again, murder and R aside, he'd be a total green flag.

he's not a murderer as far as we've seen but a soldier, he wasn't acting alone but on orders nor would yeonjo's family have lived w/o him since just any other soldier would've done it. it was a raid. for treason. he killed his father, not murdered him. an executioners doing his job basically, the "dirty dog of the king", by what we know. not sure how that makes him a terrible person, he was even the one sparing the children, women etc. including yeonjo and his brother.
about the rape, kwon wanted to have sex with him when yeonjo joined the servants to seduce him as a spy, but then yeonjo wanted to kill himself instead, ended up in prison. SA happened but given their position (yeonjo is a slave with no right to say no), the time period and that yeonjo willingly joined to seduce him... kwon wanted to release him after saving him from being murdered by that scheming guy using him as a spy, but yeonjo instead begged to become his concubine because murder plans. kwon doesn't accept but instead releases him from slavery. long story short yeonjo wants to stay by his side because his revenge plans are the only reason he's still alive, so he becomes his concubine, they have sex. he wanted to be his concubine and even made manipulative plans to get that position.
i mean yeah sure by 21th standard he could retrieve his consent which he did a few times but it's not our time and his literally job is to sleep with kwon. so ... not sure if i would classify that rape worth hating kwon for, since yeonjo willingly became his concubine (literally begged to be) but now often expects kwon to not sleep with him because he's not in the mood lol

Also i want to add that Seme was just completing his task ordered to him by the King himself at that time. So seme pretty much has no say or control over these types of decisions/ orders of the King. He is bound to do it whether he likes it or not. If seme would have refused the order to kill uke's family at that time then the King would have ordered some other soldier to do it anf along with that the king would have given orders to killing the seme too. Because refusing King's orders at that time was severely punishable.
I personally think that in the future seme would help the uke find the actual people behind framing uke's family wrongly and kill them for uke. It could be the Nobels or the King or both. And this would make their (seme and uke's) bond stronger and we can in return get the happy ending at the end that we all are expecting to get.

And? Killing someone is still murder. Semantics.
Now when it comes to the ethics of it all that's when we can agree or not with someone's decision to take someone else's life.
In this particular case, I believe it was messed up and I can't see how you could possibly date someone who ruined your whole life, enslaved you and killed your whole family/ clan right in front of your eyes. Too much common sense right?

So I looked over a few raws a while ago and let me tell you that Norman's friend totally creeps me out, he's so damn weird and their se* scenes are so awkward, they really are cringy and kinda disgusting ngl. Really didn't like that.
Norman's got wayyy more chemistry with the white haired roommate and they actually take their time together. I really hope he doesn't end up with that creepy friend of his.

He's wild cause he literally sleeps with his friend AGAIN while he starts to get closer to his roommate I think he maybe did it as favor for his friend one last time? But you can clearly tell him and his roommate like each other plus their scenes are much better than those with his friend where he usually looks like he (his friend) just uses him to get off.

Y'all I read the novel and let's just say that the story turn REALLY REALLY dark real soon.
This guy's a literal villain.
It gives off Killing Stalking vibes

The ML literally rapes our poor protagonist every single time they're about to have sex, it gets so bad he literally starts bleeding. This psycho also hits him and even breaks his wrist during sex, I believe (not too sure cause the novel was fan translated but it was mentioned that he literally broke his wrist during sex). He will keep on injuring him and assaulting him in EVERY single way imagineable. He'll also literally take away his passport and goes full on crazy when he thinks he ran away. The protagonist starts hating him but he stays regardless, he becomes super scared of him too. I think it's a case of Stockholm syndrom, like no joke, he'll want to leave so many times but he ends up staying regardless.
He'll treat him like absolute shit then they'll get separated for a while and he'll stalk him back home and become his boyfriend.
This story is actually pretty disgusting, instead of dating he should've ran away asap.
I stopped reading after they started daring and I think the protagonist gets into some sort of accident or gets shot/stabbed by one of his bf's crazy fans. Anyway, don't remember and I wish I hadn't wasted my time on such a story.

This manhwa feels like it's dragging and Jay is so damn annoying, it's really annoying when characters make one of the MC's so omniscient. Worst part is when he actually threatens to harm yoohan if he refuses him. IDK abt y'all but this has gotten quite boring for me, I check up on this manhwa once every few months to see how much progress it's made and it feels like it's moving at a snail's pace.
Anyway, I just hope Yoohan gets better and finds stability in his life, him, the manager and their actor friend are the only ones I'm rooting for.

First couple ends up looking cute together but ngl at the beginning I really didn't like the Director cause damn he really was harassing the protagonist. I legit had to erase/ignore that big chunk of the story for my own sanity.
He used to creep me out fr, I'd file for sexual harassment if I were in his shoes but lol it's yaoi so anything goes.
Plus I didn't really feel much chemistry between them, the protagonist had crazy chemistry with his bbf and I felt as though it was heavily implied that his bff still had feelings for him.
Second couple had no business being a thing, and the ending implying they would still possibly be able to be a thing was disgusting. IRL mf's like that don't change, hell even in THEIR world he showed no signs of wanting to change. Such a waste of our time, I would've preferred he ends up alone or if we're gonna be super messy, his husband's brother, cause he seemed to actually really be into him.
After the cheating, abuse and DV, I'm disappointed that the idea of them getting back together could possible come to fruition.
Yeah, the author shouldn't have left that part up for interpretation. If you leave an abuser make sure you never go back, it's a waste of your time, those mf's never actually change judt cause you left and went back.
Shout out to them Omega cousin baddie, he ate, slayed and more!
And I hope heetae's momma chokes on air, that bitch evil.
Overall, not so bad, beautiful art but questionable plot choices, bit frustrating, some baddies here and there with a pinch of disappointment.
Woo-won has always had an inferiority complex since the very beginning of the series, he's also kind of a scaredy cat when it comes to putting himself first.
I absolutely love how much he's grown and I love how Seo-an gives him enough comfort and confidence to go after the things he wants cause tho Seo-an has trauma he has a kind of idgaf attitude that Woo-won could learn from.
I think it's good that Woo-won is dealing with these feelings and instead of thinking he shouldn't be with the person he loves he's willing to do something about his complex, tho he himself doesn't know what that something is.
It's great to love a person intimately, but being with them publicly often creates a whole new Storm of issues, once others are involved shit always hits the fan, it's true for every relationship imo.
Anyway, I love them both sm and I'm sure they'll wind up talking about everything, they both seem to care about each other and are mature enough to do it.
