This story is a total mess.
The flashbacks and current scenes are all messed up and so far no character is really likeable.
The art is all it's got going for it, it just doesn't make you excited to read it.
Dark themes can be amazing but since it's so dark you have to make at least one character charismatic enough for us to want to come back.
One story that barely updates but does it right is Lunacy, this story just seems boring and confusing. I hate everyone in this story, Yuta so far is the perfect victim, but that's all he gets from us: pity.
I wish we would be rooting for him but tbh he feels more like a crazy man who's lost it from all the abuse, plus no one has any respect for him. The author should've made him more mysterious and used those flashbacks sparingly to avoid confusing us.
I don't like the ML at all, he's such a terrible villain.
The art makes them look good but they have close to zero charisma. I know Pearl Boy gets a lot of bad reviews but I'd say it started off better than this, I never finished it I stopped at the kidnapping and fire part but damn I liked the characters sm better.

The first couple is golden, love to see them happy. second couple is fun, still, both are interesting. the toxic/ drama girlies want the 2nd couple BAD in the comments lol, I get you, but it's also nice to see people just be happy

Many people in the commengs section are really young or not mature enough for this work and it shows
This story is pretty realistic. Both characters have a lot of trauma and the author doesn't just push it under the rug.

I don't understand today's readers, a vast majority of comments always complain how things are rushed, how trauma is not explored enough but then when it's not they say it's too slow.

Many people have had their brains fried by short and fast social media content.

They kind of rushed into the relationship and its makes sense for somebody that has trust issues to keep on having them...
It's fair for Yun-oh to feel distrustful and be scared, he knows Haewon and that Haewon cares for him. Haewon doesn't want to lose Yun-oh and Yun-oh knows that, in their context I can understand Yun-Oh feeling like Haewon is just giving him what he wants so he stays with him, completely valid for him to feel like he's being treated like a child that's being soothed especially given their age difference, initial dynamic and lack of relationship experience.
The boy's a literal overthinker and that's fine, Haewon is great at diffusing misunderstandings and calling things out at the right time, he's just sometimes very abrupt while his partner is the "handle with EXTRA care" type. I think it'll take some time for them to settle into this new dynamic because they mean so much more than a romantic partner to each other. One is slow paced and the other is a fast paced go getter, but I'm sure they'll match each other by the end.

This is a great manhwa with great writing and pacing, it's frustrating in a good way, their relationship is well portrayed and it's different from the usual older partner x younger partner couples we see, it explores the insecurites and frustrations of that kind of relationship in pretty realistic ways.

Crazy how our MC is only truly honest around the ML.
Tbh it feels like.both wear a mask, moreso the MC than the ML, I think both are different from what people actually think, also I feel like the MC will learn to become more compassionate through Pyeonghwa.
In a sense they're both trying to reach something unreachable, a certain emotion.
MC probably out here thinking he'll finally feel good once he gets the position he's coveting (could be a political position or the respect of the boss lady) but I think he'll find out that he'll find peace in doing something simpler.
MC is the long term grinding type of guy while the ML is young and mostly looking for instant moments of pleasure.
I find the dynamics interesting. They're both taking blows, just in different ways, they both choose to put themselves through do much pain, one in a physical way while the other does so mentally.
Incheol tolerates the pain and sees it as necessary for his journey, pyeonghwa seeks the pain and makes it look (on the outside) like it's part of the journey when really it's the destination lol.
Anyway, love their dynamic, both interesting characters, I wonder who's gonna be the bigger hyppocrite

This is actually not so good. It's more disappointing than you'd first expect it to be.
Tbh, wouldn't recommend.

I'm thinking the boxer might have been abused or something in the past, maybe he was told pain and suffering are the only way he can atone for his sins.
Or maybe he has a hard time feeling things like most people, so he goes through intense situations to feel something.

The title is so ironic because it's exactly what they've been doing up until the upcoming season

The conversation between the wife and the father was super confusing.
Who does she mean by my son? Isn't he not her son?

Wait is there a time skip in season 3?

I think they'll most likely part ways soon. Luke looks like the wife that's abt to die in an action movie, he's glowing in a "end is near" type of way.
Kinda interesting how he says he's experiencing these feelings as he's about to graduate, it almost feels like Luke was his awakening before he "left", pretty sure they'll end up apart and Andrew will have to do a lot of growth in their time apart

This just reminded me of an iconic comment I once read on this website "He's pathetic. I love that in a man"

Henry's mug is underappreciated, his face card is lethal and don't even get us started on Seth, I heard the author plans on writing his story later, same for Henry's and Isaac's

I see you guys saying it'll be back in one year, do you mean in September 2026? Or in like 9 months, cause I believe the season ended abt 3 months ago
Did the author not mention why the long leave on social media?

This was wasted potential
They had chemistry and tension and it ended up being crap
Enzo is just being an abuser...
Plus, he should've just let Uno top, at least they would've both enjoyed themselves and the readers too
Author wanted to create a pretty top because that's what's been trending lately but I don't think it's fitting for this story.
I'm definitely dropping this story, I thought it'd be good like Red Candy

Excuse me, didn't the series JUST start?
How long have they even been together? They literally JUST met and Jupiter is has already fallen that hard?
Plot is plotting, art is great, can we just slow down?
Why would someone like Jupiter get so quickly attached to Caden and why would they change attitudes so quickly?
Caden is barely functioning and they're already getting upset at "forever"?
The story has sooo much potential, wish we could just slow it down a tiny bit.

I think it's important to understand that people can change, for the worse sometimes.
This shows what young love is VS actual marriage. They did not yet fully understand what marriage would take, Mincheol, especially. Haesoo was willing to make all those sacrifices as she grew with Mincheol but for Mincheol she became a burden.
As much as we can all see that he is a huge burden for her, she sees it as a necessary sacrifice for a lasting relationship and she doesn't know how to let go. Mincheol was NOT ready for marriage, in every way possible, he felt like Haesoo stunted his growth and limited him, she was also a constant reminder of his past and financial struggle. Once you feel like someone is an obstacle in your life through and through that only builds contempt.
They should've broken things off a long time ago because they obviously wanted different paths as they years went by but they stubbornly held on to the memories of that young love.
They definitely have honored it to the best of their ability, especially Haesoo, I think moreso her while for Mincheol it's just his stubborness and the fact that he holds onto her because she's the only family and constant he's ever really had, he does treat her like crap and takes her for granted.
Somehow, that's why Haesoo is scared of getting too close to Taeha, she's scared of repeating the same scenario, what's worse, she doesn't want to "rob" him of his youth and dreads that fading "young love" that doesn't tend to bleed into a deeper and long-lasting relationship. I'm sure she also feels the pressure of aging, she knows that Taeha has his life ahead of him and that the most valuable thing she was able to offer ie her "beauty" is fading, afterall that's what most say abt her, that she's pretty... she probably feels like that's the only reason she was able to pull Mincheol in the first place since he seems to hate her personality...
Taeha is probably one of the only people who appreciate other qualities abt her like her resilience and hard working nature, we can also tell she's more comfortable bickering with him and being "less agreeable", she's most authentic around him.
Taeha is an interesting character as well, but for now, I just wanted to analyse Mincheol a bit more.
I don't like him but I don't hate him per se, Haesoo is also responsible for herself, I'm glad she's finally doing what's right for her. I think that what happened to her marriage is pretty common, but at the end of the day, you gotta have some self-respect and know when to move on from something that's not working to the point where it's becoming dysfunctional.

Damn, TJ is the type of guy who's troubled, that you'd have good chemistry with but who doesn't qualify as a stable partner.
Even if you feel attracted to someone it takes more than seggs and attraction to build a relationship especially as you age.
He's a young love type of character.

If u ever meet someone like that, don't bother looking for safety with them. They're energy vampires and control freaks who lack emotional maturity and think they can fk their way out of conflict. Type of people to care more abt others' perception of them than ur mental well-being, they don't always mean

Pacing is good!
Some ppl are way too hasty, I feel like too many readers complain no matter what happens...
The pacing is great rn and things are making sense. This author knows how to work a redemption arc so trust the process.
