maybe bc i enjoy the chinese manhuas with simple revenge plots and happy endings that i actually did enjoy this. of course, there were some small plot holes i was a little iffy about, but in general, this is a simple story with storylines that are satisfying and quick! i like all the side characters’ happy endings since they all deserved it.
i would say this story is good for those who don’t mind reading things that dont take a lot of thinking, and its just a light story to pass the time.
there are small details i liked: the progression of characters’ appearances as they continued, the impact of the FL’s dad (made me rlly emotional), the cat’s small story line, and how the FL finally found her family after being tortured and dying cruelly in the past.
wait whyd they break up the first time i js remember seeing someone but idk if i missed it ngl
ijun walked in on ha-eon telling his friends that he approached ijun for his money (which is true at first but he ended up having romantic feelings for him) so ijun felt betrayed and used so he broke up with him. ha-eon was basically acting up because he felt bad about his initial impure intentions and his own insecurities (not being good enough for ijun)
