Yes, it's the end. The "final volume" is the manga book version of the release which contains the last chapters that were released (almost always) weekly. What you see being translated here are chapters release either on their own (from the official website) or scans translated from the Shonen Jump weekly edition (a book that contain a chapter of various Shonen manga published by Jump magazine in Japan).
the author needs to let this go the plot is going nowhere
