my friend's sister can't speak and uses sign language. One time at a party in their house, she was with her school friends, at least 8 of them in a table and they were all using sign language. I found it really interesting that despite no sound or verbal communication was happening, they were all having fun and I could see a lot of them just laughing. It's really an eye opener that we can also have fun talking while using sign language
