I understand that she is aware that she's is in a world set to that of a video game. I also understand that she is aware of the changes occurring within this world. Despite this having been the setting of a game, we have seen that the characters act as normal people and thus change and developed depending on their interactions. As we've read, all the character have not acted in the same way as they had before she gained her memory of the past because of how differently she communicated and interacted with each of them.
So you're telling me, that it's not plausible to think that in this game world that shows the character to be actual human beings and evolve and change depending on their interactions with one another, that she can't simply come to the conclusion that since she did not behave in the same way that her character originally did in the original game that the plot of said game would not change? That's just idiotic. Clearly, she did not bully Maria. In fact, Maria has stated how much she adores her.
The main cast adores her, and she has no reason to believe that they would go against her as there has been no indication or sign of that even happening. It is just common sense at this point and she is dense, as other character's note. So, regardless of it being a game, it does not follow the original routes due to the changes she's made prior to the initial start of the game.
