I think the situation is as Lu Xuan Run already suspected. Meaning Kang Jinha is trying to make Xuan fall for him, so that he will leave Go Siwon alone and Jinha can "rescue" Siwon. There have been hints about this (if I remember correctly...has been a bit since the last updates) where Jinha and the guy from the shrine are talking and Jinha hears about the fact that the Jealousy Stone only works if the person using it is jealous of a couple. So Jinha is trying to make use of this by making Xuan fall for him so he can use the Dream Stone to see Siwon (bc Xuan thinks Jinha loves him and isn't jealous anymore, therefore can't use the stone). That way Jinha can talk to Siwon and help him get out of there without Xuan knowing.
